At your consult, we will discuss the best times that fit your schedule.

During your consult session, we’ll set the exact days and times for your training. This ensures our schedules align and you get a consistent, convenient routine.

You can cancel up to 4 hours before your scheduled session without penalty. A no-call, no-show will result in losing that session.

Training packages are non-refundable. However, we’ll carefully set your schedule during the consult to make sure it’s realistic and fits your life before you commit.

All in-person sessions are located in Athens, GA. Unless you are looking to sign up for in-home training, the exact location will be provided during your consult.

Yes! Paying in full gives you a discount compared to biweekly billing. For example, 8 sessions are $415 if paid upfront, instead of $450 with biweekly payments. The same savings apply for larger packages.

Every in-person package comes with a complimentary meal plan, ongoing nutritional guidance, and customized workouts designed to help you reach your goals.

We’re working on adding childcare for in-person training, but it’s not available yet. In the meantime, many moms find sessions easy to fit in while kids are at school or with a partner.
