  • Monday 6 am - 5:30 pm

    Tuesday/Thursday 5 am - 5:30 pm

    Wednesday/Saturday 8 am - 12 pm

    Early morning and evening shifts go the quickest.

    At your consult, we will discuss the best times that fit your schedule.

  • During your consult session, we’ll set the exact days and times for your training. This ensures our schedules align and you get a consistent, convenient routine.

  • You can cancel up to 4 hours before your scheduled session without penalty. A no-call, no-show will result in losing that session.

  • Training packages are non-refundable. However, we’ll carefully set your schedule during the consult to make sure it’s realistic and fits your life before you commit.

  • All in-person sessions are located in Athens, GA. Unless you are looking to sign up for in-home training, the exact location will be provided during your consult.

  • Yes! Paying in full gives you a discount compared to biweekly billing. For example, 8 sessions are $415 if paid upfront, instead of $450 with biweekly payments. The same savings apply for larger packages.

  • Every in-person package comes with a complimentary meal plan, ongoing nutritional guidance, and customized workouts designed to help you reach your goals.

  • We’re working on adding childcare for in-person training, but it’s not available yet. In the meantime, many moms find sessions easy to fit in while kids are at school or with a partner.

  • Absolutely. I design every session based on your current fitness level. We’ll build strength, energy, and confidence step by step — no crash workouts, no intimidation.
