Your plan is customized based on your current fitness level. If you have access to a gym, your plan will incorporate gym workouts; however, if you prefer home workouts with minimal or no equipment, your workouts will be designed accordingly. The goal is to meet you right where you are.

Sessions can last anywhere from 40 minutes to 60 minutes. It all depends on your personalized plan.

Summer Hours:
Monday - Friday | 6 am - 7 pm
Saturdays are limited.
NO SUNDAYS.

Payments are due biweekly.
2x / week = $225
3x / week = $300
4x / week = $360
Paid in full options include a 10% discount.
Group.
Exercising with friends, family, or even strangers can be much more motivating than working out alone. The energy in the room provides an extra push and can help you reach levels of progress you didn’t realize you were capable of. Whether you join online or in person, I encourage you to participate in one of my group fitness classes as soon as possible. You won't regret it!

Yes! You do not need to be working out regulary to attend these classes. It can be your first day back. My Saturday morning small group trainings will help keep you on the right track!
