GROUP FITNESS
Maybe group fitness IS your thing. You just need to find the best class. Join me for Pilates, Zumba, HIIT, and many other group fitness classes throughout the week. Here is a quick overview of all Classes I currently teach.
-
Pilates
What it is: A low-impact, core-focused workout that builds strength, flexibility, and balance using bodyweight exercises and mindful movement.
Why it’s beneficial: Pilates strengthens your core, improves posture, enhances mobility, and helps reduce stress. It's a great way to tone your muscles without heavy impact on your joints.
Why you’ll love it: Whether you're recovering from injury, new to fitness, or just want to feel more connected to your body, Pilates gives you strength from the inside out.
-
Dance Aerobics
What it is: A cardio party! This high-energy class combines easy-to-follow dance moves with aerobic conditioning for a full-body workout.
Why it’s beneficial: Burn calories, improve coordination, and boost your endurance — all while dancing to feel-good music.
Why you’ll love it: It doesn’t feel like exercise! You'll sweat, smile, and leave feeling uplifted and full of energy.
-
HIIT
What it is: High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) that combines short bursts of effort with quick rest periods for maximum fat burn and muscle sculpting.
Why it’s beneficial: HIIT torches calories, revs up your metabolism, and keeps your body burning fat long after class ends.
Why you’ll love it: Fast, fierce, and effective — you’ll get a full-body workout in less time and leave feeling strong and accomplished.
-
Tighten & Tone
What it is: Tighten and Tone is a 40-minute home workout designed for moms to target glutes, stomach and arms.
Why it’s beneficial: These classes challenge your body in new ways, prevent workout plateaus, and keep your fitness journey fresh and exciting.
Why you’ll love it: No two classes are the same. It’s the perfect way to mix things up, try something new, and never get bored!
-
Fitness Over 50
What it is: This program includes a variety of exercises, similar to silver sneakers, that provides seniors with low impact mobility and strength workouts.
Why it’s beneficial: Whether seniors are living in a home care facility or in their own home, it is important that they continue to practice fall prevention and muscle building exercises to keep them strong, independent and most importantly, BOOST their mood.
Why you’ll love it: For seniors, group fitness is about socialization and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I aim to provide an environment full of laughter and joy to keep the seniors engaged and coming back for more.
