Upcoming Group Exercise

  • 7am HIIT

    Mondays and Wednesday

    CLASS IS FULL

    45 minutes of High-Intensity Interval Training. This is in person only.

  • Dance Aerobics

    Fridays 6 pm

    Exercise doesn’t really feel like exercise when your dancing.

  • Pilates

    Tuesdays at Noon

    & Thursdays 6:15 am

    Spend Tuesday afternoon or early Thursday morning with me, your mat, and some light dumbbells for a forty-five-minute muscle toning session!

  • Full Body Strength

    Fridays at 5:15 pm

    Spend 45 minutes working on core, cardio, and strength in this 45-minute burn session!

Sign up for Fitness Events!

Parissa hosts group fitness classes in various locations throughout the year. Sign up to attend a wide range of classes: Dance to HIIT, Pilates, Zumba, HIIT, and much more. You can join online from anywhere in the world or in person by purchasing your ticket below.
