Over 10,500 people have injured themselves while attempting to get in shape on their own. Working with a personal trainer is an excellent way to learn the do's and don'ts of your fitness journey. If you are new to this, remember that it’s a lifestyle change, and it’s important to get it right. For those who have been exercising for a while, collaborating with a trainer can help elevate your fitness journey to the next level.

I currently offer three different packages. Payments are due biweekly.
8 Sessions/month = $225
12 Sessions/month = $300
16 Sessions/month = $360
Paid in full options include a 10% discount.

Sessions can last anywhere from 40 minutes to 60 minutes. It all depends on your personalized plan.

6am - 5pm
Due to a high volume of intake, evening availability is limited.
Saturdays are for group trainings only.
Online Training
A busy schedule may keep you away from the gym but it doesn’t have to keep you away from a life of fitness. Train online with guided workouts, daily check-ins, and a customized plan tailored to help you reach your goals and create a lifestyle of health and wellness. The approach varies depending on the program. This training is structured so you do not need to purchase extensive equipment. Your plan is customized based on your current fitness level. If you have access to a gym, your plan will incorporate gym workouts; however, if you prefer home workouts with minimal or no equipment, your workouts will be designed accordingly. The goal is to meet you right where you are.

Group Training
Anytime I mention group training to someone who is just getting back into shape, they shy away. The response is always “I think I need to work up to that”. It’s actually the opposite. Group training will help enhance your solo workouts. The energy in the room will help you push yourself further and see results sooner. The accountability, the community, the push, the cheer. Even if you are a loner like me, I promise you will not regret group fitness with me as your trainer.

Yes! You do not need to be working out regulary to attend these classes. It can be your first day back. My Saturday morning small group trainings will help keep you on the right track!

Full body strength, pilates, deep stretching, cardio, HIIT and much more. It all depends on the theme for the month. Your trainer will always inform you on what to expect.

Classes can range from as little as 2 people to 35 people.
