 FAQs About Training

  • My availability varies depending upon how full my current clientele is. I train as early as 5am and as late as 8 pm. Monday through Saturday.

    Please reach out with the best days and times you would like to train and will discuss a time that best suits your schedule.

  • Rates are based on session lengths and how many times a week you would like to commit to training. Please contact me for a Jumpstart session and we will discuss settling on a package that suits your budget.

  • You have the choice to sign up for training:

    • Online

    • In Home

    • Crunch or YWCO

  • My ideal client is a woman, most likely a mother, who is committed to wanting a healthier lifestyle.

    As a mother myself, I understand how much of a sacrifice or hard push it may be to make time for your workout routine. & I find joy in teaching you how to take better care of yourself, beginning with being committed to your health.

    You do not have to be a mom to work with me. I have worked with moms and/or women aged 30 - 80.
