Awake and Activate
Welcome to Phase 1 of your 4-Week Sexy and Strong Home Workout Plan. This is for you if you are just getting back to working out and don't know where to begin. Begin at home, in the living room or outside in the yard, with no equipment. For the first week, we are going to repeat this workout 2-3x to introduce the body back to working out and toning those muscles! The focus for this workout is core, glutes, dynamic movements, and confidence!
